Welcome to Infinitely Blissful Events. By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. Services

Infinitely Blissful Events provides event planning, coordination, and consulting services. Details of services, timelines, and deliverables are defined in your individual service agreement. Website content is for general information only and does not constitute a binding contract.

2. Booking & Payments

A signed agreement and retainer are required to secure your event date.

Payments are processed through QuickBooks Payments (card or ACH). By submitting payment, you authorize Infinitely Blissful Events to charge your selected payment method according to your agreed payment schedule.

Failure to make payments on time may result in paused services or cancellation of your booking.

3. Refunds & Credits

All retainers and payments are non-refundable.

In approved cancellation cases, a service credit may be issued at our discretion in accordance with our Refund & Credit Policy. Credits hold no cash value and are not transferable.

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be approved in writing. If we are unavailable for the new date, the cancellation policy applies.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Respond to communications in a timely manner

• Make payments as scheduled

• Notify us promptly of changes

Delays in communication may affect planning timelines and deliverables.

6. Vendor & Third-Party Services

Infinitely Blissful Events may recommend vendors but is not responsible for vendor performance, pricing, contracts, or policies. Clients enter contracts directly with vendors unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All planning documents, proposals, timelines, designs, and materials created by Infinitely Blissful Events remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Website content and branding may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Infinitely Blissful Events is not liable for:

• Vendor failure or non-performance

• Weather conditions

• Venue restrictions

• Illness or emergencies

• Circumstances beyond our control

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce harmful material. We may update or modify website content at any time.

10. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms
